Turkmenistan, at the level of Deputy Prime Minister, will participate in the next meeting of the Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States, which will take place on Monday in Minsk. This was reported by the press service of the CIS Executive Committee.
Participants will consider 15 primarily economic issues. The meeting will traditionally be held in two formats: a small group and a larger group.
The draft agenda includes issues of cooperation in scientific and technological fields, forestry and the forest industry, digital technologies, agriculture, construction, and the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
The heads of government will also review draft action plans for the implementation of the second stage of the CIS Economic Development Strategy until 2030 and an action plan for preparing and holding the Year of Health in the Commonwealth in 2026.
