Modern branches of the Automobile School Association under the "Türkmenawtoulaglary" Agency have officially opened in all five provinces (velayats) of Turkmenistan, Turkmenistan newspaper reports. These new facilities are equipped with advanced driving practice areas and electronic systems to train drivers in accordance with international road safety standards.
In Ahal Province, a new complex spanning four hectares was built in the center of Gökdepe district by specialists from the "Demirbetonönümleri" enterprise. The dedicated building houses 10 classrooms with a total capacity for 300 trainees. The facility also includes reception and examination rooms, a medical office, and various auxiliary spaces.
In Balkanabat, a training area covering over five hectares was opened, offering simultaneous instruction for up to 300 individuals. The site is equipped with computers and interactive multimedia technologies.
In Dashoguz, the opening ceremony took place with the participation of honored elders, representatives of public organizations, officials from the "Türkmenawtoulaglary" Agency, and many local residents. The new driving school, located in the northern part of the provincial center, includes an administrative-educational building and a training ground with 20 classrooms equipped with all necessary learning materials and equipment.
In Lebap Province, the new complex with a training ground is located on a four-hectare plot in one of the most scenic parts of the regional center. It features a 300-seat driving school, a training building, a dispatch center, a checkpoint, parking spaces, and a car wash.
In Mary, the opening of a similar facility coincided with nationwide festive celebrations. The complex covers an area of 4.9 hectares.
Speakers at the ceremonies emphasized the significance of these new facilities for improving the system of driver training and retraining in accordance with international road safety standards.
