On November 2, the Avaza National Tourist Zone hosted the pre-conference day of the International Conference and Exhibition "Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical, and Energy Industries of Turkmenistan" (CIET 2025). Delegates from government agencies, international organizations, and leading companies arrived at the resort and were accredited at the forum's official hotels.
For the convenience of the participants, two charter flights were arranged from Ashgabat—at 11:00 and 15:30. Representatives of the organizing committee met the delegates at Avaza International Airport, and special buses transported them to the “Shemekan”, “Berkarar”, and “Nebitchi” hotels.
Participant accreditation took place from 14:00 to 21:00 at the forum hotels. Delegates received badges and welcome packs containing the conference program, information materials, and the organizing committee's contact information. Separate registration desks were set up for foreign delegations, speakers, and media representatives.
The CIET 2025 International Conference and Exhibition will be held November 3–4 in Avaza. The forum's program includes plenary and thematic sessions, business talks, B2G and B2B meetings, an exhibition, and cultural events aimed at strengthening international cooperation and showcasing Turkmenistan's investment potential.
The conference is being organized by the State Concern “Turkmenhimiya”, the Ministries of Industry, Energy, Construction, and Architecture, the State Agency for Road Construction Management, and the Ashgabat City Administration. The co-organizer is the Turkmen Energy Forum in partnership with S&P Global Commodity Insights.
