On May 9, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to Ashgabat, during which he got acquainted with the progress of work at the construction site of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, as well as with the projects of a number of facilities. At the construction site of the complex of buildings of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering, Deputy Prime Minister B. Annamamedov, on behalf of the President of Turkmenistan, reported on the state of construction work in the capital.

As noted, the construction of the new complex of buildings of the Turkmen State Institute of Architecture and Civil Engineering and its equipping are carried out in accordance with modern requirements. In this regard, great importance is attached to ensuring the high quality of the work carried out and the building materials used, as well as the improvement of the adjacent territory.

Having familiarized himself with the design features of the building complex and the equipment of the institute's classrooms, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a number of comments and made appropriate adjustments. It was noted that the design features of the institute's buildings should fully meet the requirements of the day, and all necessary conditions should be created in student dormitories. It is necessary to take a comprehensive approach to the interior design of all rooms, as well as their furnishings, which will have a positive impact on the quality of student education and improve conditions for the teaching staff.

The National Leader also familiarized himself with the projects of the buildings of the Güneşli Childhood and Youth Center, which provide sports and playgrounds, venues for cultural events, an amphitheater, areas for studying traffic rules and other related structures.

Then Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarized himself with the landscaping project on the territory of the Neutrality Monument, located in the south of the capital. As noted, two museums will operate on the territory of the Neutrality Monument, on the facades of which there will be the inscriptions "Baky ýoluň" and "Bitaraplygy", which has a huge message, the National Leader emphasized. Therefore, they should reflect the history of Turkmen neutrality and the essence of the relevant resolutions adopted by the UN General Assembly on the initiative of our country.

Vice Prime Minister B. Annamammedov reported on the progress of construction of the higher educational institution of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan. In addition, as reported, a Dental Center is being built in Ashgabat. The International Scientific and Clinical Oncology Center for 500 beds is also being built at an accelerated pace. At the same time, an International Pediatrics Center for 160 beds is being built in the capital.

Among other new buildings on the territory of the capital are comfortable residential buildings: the construction of housing facilities on the territory of residential areas of the city of Ashgabat is of a consistent programmatic nature.

All opportunities are also created for cultural and artistic figures who make great efforts to enrich the spiritual world of our people. This is clearly demonstrated by the Cultural Center for 4 thousand seats being built in the capital.

Then, as part of the report, information was provided about the Health House, which is being built at an accelerated pace on the territory of a residential complex on the outskirts of the capital, equipped in accordance with modern standards.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov gave the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers B. Annamammedov, as well as the Chairman of the State Committee for the Construction of the City of Arkadag under the President of Turkmenistan D. Orazov specific instructions and relevant recommendations on monitoring the quality of construction work and its completion within the established time frame.
